When you take some of my favourite things, like children and Hello Kitty, you already have a cute story. Add some creativity and inventiveness, and you’ve got a really great story.

Like this one from a school called Cornerstone Christian School, where a group of grade seven kids built their own balloon rocket, and sent a Hello Kitty doll into space. They also attached a camera to their balloon for a spectacular view of earth.

According to the description on YouTube, they performed this experiment to learn “the effects of altitude on air pressure and temperature.”
