I spotted the recipe for and pictures of Nutella brownies on Pinterest recently, and wanted to make them not only because they looked good, but because they call for only three ingredients. Three! That’s three things to get, three or so things to wash up, and about five minutes of preparation. The result is something quite stellar, and it’s a recipe that you’ll probably go back to again and again.
This is what you’ll need:
- 1 x 280 jar of Nutella (or one cup)
- 2 eggs
- 10 tablespoons (62g) Sasko Flour
Preheat the oven to 180. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour into a well greased muffin tin or in cupcake liners in a tin. Bake for about 30 minutes. Makes around 10, and are divine served warm.
