So last Friday (and two days before Father’s Day in South Africa), Huggies posted on social media, asking moms to let them know what made their kids’ dad the best, and they would draw a picture.

I got in at the last minute, and told Huggies that my son’s dad loved painting with him, and this is what they drew:

My son’s dad loved it, and it was one of the most thoughtful, personal and wonderful “gifts” I’ve ever received. There are around 73 drawings on the Huggies Facebook album (see it here – it’s something special), so it must have been a busy day for one artist and a social media team.

Thanks Huggies and Ogilvy for the great keepsake, and for such a wonderful idea.

I agree. Huggies did a really thoughtful thing and my husband loved it too. Mine is the one with dad playing peekaboo over the laptop screen. I will keep the picture for my little boy so that he can see it when he’s older. Well done Huggies!
