More about Pop Fit
Pop Fit classes are taken by instructors who understand the effects of pregnancy on the body and the period it takes to return to its prenatal state. These instructors will ensure you’re doing each exercise correctly and safely, maximising the benefits of the class and minimising the risks.
Each class will have some low-impact aerobics, resistance and conditioning training as well as stretch and relaxation.
Pop Fit also focuses on muscle strength and flexibility through static stretching which:
• Helps get rid of muscle tension and make your body feel more relaxed
• Increases the range of movement of your joints and muscles so that your body can work more efficiently
• Prevents any muscle soreness and muscle tears and facilitate recovery from soft tissue injuries.
