First it was iPhoneography for grownups, now it’s iPhotography for schoolkids (and everyone’s invited)

July 25, 2014

For the last four years, Core has been running the hugely successful iPhoneographySA competition, and this year, they’ve launched School iPhotography to give school-going kids the chance to enter their own pics, and I urge you kindly to urge your kids kindly to enter (read below to see the great prizes on offer).

The competition is open to all learners attending any school in South Africa, and all images need to be taken with an iPad, iPhone or iPhone Touch (even if it’s mom or dad’s).

The categories are Abstract, Scenery, Still Life, Portrait and Selfie (I reckon this will be the most popular category). Aside from cool prizes,  the winning images will be show at the iPhoneographySA events later this year.

The closing date for entries for both Johannesburg and Cape Town is Friday, 12 September 2014. For more info, go to their website.
