While Letibalm won’t be able to keep away cold weather and flu, it can help keep your lips, nose and the skin between your nose and lips soft and protect dry and chapped skin. It’s the only balm on shelves that has been specially designed to care for lips, nose and the skin in between, so you don’t have to reach for multiple products to do the job of soothing and softening.
There’s also a paediatric formula, suitable for children from birth to eight years old.
It promises to moisturise dry skin, repair chaps and cracks and calm irritation, and while I tried Letibalm out when my lips were in fairly good condition, I still felt softening and refreshing results. It also creates a protective layer to prevent further damage and has natural decongestants menthol and camphor to help ease breathing.
Letibalm Paediatric and regular Letibalm (10ml liquid tube or a 10ml jar) are available at a recommended retail price of R54.95 at Dis-Chem, selected Pick n Pay stores and leading pharmacies.
