A brilliant box that inspires little ones to cook and bake (and parents too, in fact)

May 27, 2015

It still thrills me to receive subscription boxes (eg beauty products, crafts, ready-to-cook ingredients and recipes), and my latest arrival, The Munch Box is one that has me and my son excited.

The Munch Box, dare I say it, thinks out the box, with its cool products and ideas aimed at inspiring kids to cook, but more than that, encouraging kids and their parents to cook together, and to not think too hard about finding recipes that everyone can do.

Each cooking kit comes with three easy-to-cook recipes, three quality kitchen tools, a shopping list and some food-themed activities.

According to founder Tracey Hillebrand, the recipes are suited to busy lives, using ingredients that are easily available at shops.

Parents can ign up for a monthly subscription of R369 per month and The Munch Box will send out the box of goodies. To register go to the website, and when you sign up, you and your kid/s can start expecting a special delivery that benefits everyone each month.
