We “travelled” to Egypt recently with Whizkidz Box, a country-themed box full of activities, and things to learn. This week, you can win an Egypt-themed box and a world map, which I have no doubt will give your kids hours of fun, learning, creating and problem-solving.
Each month, the subscription box has a different country theme, so that kids can learn about places around the globe, and do some virtual travel. When you buy your first box, you’ll also get a large wall map and stickers so your kids can keep track of all the places they’ve “visited”, and learn some geography while they’re there.
Whizkidz Box was started by two mom friends Rachel Kendall and Joanne Herbert, who left their corporate jobs to do something creative that entertains, inspires and teaches kids. Each box is thoughtfully and cleverly put together – the activities are smart, the country information is well researched, the materials are of great quality, and it offers an immersive and wonderful global experience.
The boxes are geared for kids aged six to 12, though my toddler enjoyed getting onboard with some of the colouring in, while I took on the more advanced colouring-in. You can buy the boxes once-off, or as three- and six-month subscriptions.
Comment below, and you’ll be entered in the draw. This giveaway closes on July 2 2020 at 10am, after which the winner will be announced on the Rattle and Mum Facebook page, and then emailed.
This giveaway is open to South African residents only. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
