About Me

Welcome to Rattle and Mum, my parenting blog full of posts about tips, wins, reviews, humour, trends, products and being a parent.

Aside from being a South African mommy blogger, plus a tech, make-up, Hello Kitty and sneaker-loving mom, I am also a Comrades runner, lover of good grammar and spelling, devotee of books and Kindle, and worked on magazines and newspapers as an editor and writer for more than 15 years.

I blog by night, and by day I work in PR, content and communications.

I’ve been mommy blogging on Dear Max and Rebecca to my seven-year-old son Max and baby daughter Rebecca.

You can email me here or connect with me on Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook.

Thanks for visiting this blog,

xT

A short note to readers:

All products on this blog have been tried and tested by me or someone I know, and only things that I would buy for myself or as a gift are featured here. All prizes are supplied, and guest bloggers and contributors aren’t paid for their posts. Advertorial posts are always indicated as such.

A short note to advertisers and potential advertisers:

Rattle and Mum accepts advertising from brands or services I love, see a synergy with, or would pay for myself. If you think we’d be a match, and if you’d like posts or support that is true, not copied from a press release, and across all my platforms, please email me here. I can tailor-make something to suit you, and can also get a banner or ad designed for you.

    Hi Tanya

I work for Different.org, a charity crowdfunding platform (link to The Grace Factory’s page on Different.org – https://different.org/projects/the-grace-factory/). We are partnering with Amy Westerman of The Grace Factory to help fundraise R20 000 for maternity packs. We would love to feature your interview with Amy in our newsletter, which comes out every Thursday. You would be credited as the author of the article, and we would link it back to your site.

We hope that you would be open to this – we look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind regards

    Simone (Gregor)
