Yeah yeah – you might know how much I like Balm Balm products by now, and my friends will know I’m always introducing them to a lip balm, or a foot balm, or the rosehip serum (my favourite products).
I recently tried the Frankincense range – deep cleansing balm, hydrosol soothing facial tonic, and light facial oil – and I think it’s now pipped the rosehip products.
Whereas most nights I take a wipe and clean my face, I now look forward to this new routine, and find it really relaxing too (which is one of the benefits of Frankincense, apparently).
The products promise to cleanse, lift impurities, refine skin texture, nourish and rejuvenate, and while I can’t claim all these things are true, I can say my skin is looking better (I’ve also upped drinking water, which I think helps), and it looks a bit brighter in the morning.
Balm Balm products are sold online at Luhla. The balm and tonic are R235 each, and the facial oil is R188.
