If you’ve ever needed a last-minute Brazilian wax, a blow-wave, or a mani, or you’ve finally found one hour of “me-time” but don’t know what to do with it, then GoBeauty is your awesome little helper.

Launched last week, GoBeauty is a free mobile mobile portal that is accessed via WeChat, and it’s easy and quick to find beauty treatments in your area, and book directly. The fact that you can book via an app is the highlight for me – I hate having to go to a private space to book my down-there waxes, and then trying to coordinate my schedule and theirs. I find it much easier to see what times are available in writing, and book from there.

My other favourite feature is that you can browse treatments or salons in your area, and find specials that you might not have discovered otherwise.

You can also go to the “chat” option and ask a skincare questions (the answers to which relate to something on the portal).
