You know that old saying, that you can’t have too many shoes? Yes to that, and it’s the same with handbags, lipstick and perfume. Despite constantly Marie Kondo’ing, my shoes remain in abundance, and yet still my wish list is long, especially when it comes to sneakers, as they’re mostly by staple shoe.
As much as I’d love to be a heels gal, I battle to wear them, but I’m not giving up, even though the shoes I’m often Marie Kondo’ing are the stilettos that I couldn’t successfully wear.
Superbalist asked me to put together some of my favourite shoes for women from their site. I often buy from their site, and people are often shocked that I can buy shoes without trying them on first. Well, I mostly know my size and how certain brands fit, and I think I’ve only ever ordered one pair of shoes that I didn’t keep because they had no tread. Also, if the shoe don’t fit, literally, you can return the pair, and instead of calls and emails, you can do this via the app (download here for the Android app and here for iOS).
Here’s some of what I’d buy in a flash on Superbalist:
Pointed toe heels, by Aldo, R699
These are a beautiful wardrobe staple! Could work well with jeans, trousers and shorter dresses and skirts.

Air Max Axis Premium, by Nike, R1 699
Pink + Nike = amazing. That’s all. I love these, and every other pink pair of Nikes I have.

Danio sandal, by Call it Spring, R599
It might not be the season to be buying sandals, but there’s also nothing wrong with thinking ahead, and getting what looks good, in case they’re not available at a later stage.

Slim Romance flip flops, by Havaianas, R349
Swoon. And more swoon. I love these Havaianas below, and pretty much every other pair on the site.

Slim Floral flip flops, by Havaianas, R399

Leather slip-on ankle boot, by Aldo, R1 599
I think that a classic leather pair of boots of any length are a great-to-have, especially since they last long. I recently had some longtime boots resoled, and they look new.

Adardoma slip-on loafer, by Aldo, R999
I first spotted these in the window of Aldo, and did a double take. They are pretty and versatile, and I feel like a lovely pair of neutral flats is also a great-to-have.

Adalynn brogues, by Butterfly Feet, R499
These brogues also come in light pink, and they’re so pretty! I love how brogues can smarten up jeans or some outfits.

Espadrille core, by Espadril, R899
I have a yellow pair of these, and I adore them.

Chuck Taylor All Star Lift, by Converse, R999
I can picture these beauties with long skirts or shorter dresses. Love!
