Baby Sense is hosting a pregnancy workshop, and the lineup is superb (plus the venue!)

May 23, 2016

There are so many sources of pregnancy information (sometimes it's an overload, to be honest), but there are some resources that I trust implicitly (then and now), and events and literature that I won't miss.

Baby Sense is one of these, and I'm looking forward to their pregnancy workshop on Saturday 11 June at The Forum in Joburg, which incidentally is one of my best workshop venues, with sensational food and facilities (like ample parking and great bathrooms – extra important when you're expecting).

Baby Sense, in collaboration with Baby Yum Yum, will give information and inspiration on the day, and you'll learn about baby's senses and their impact. Three experts will chat about topics such as the womb to world transition, healthy mom = healthy baby, and the secret to a sleeping baby.

Kath Megaw: Healthy Mom = Healthy Baby

Establishing good nutrition during pregnancy through to the toddler years is possibly one of the best investments you will make for your child's future and Kath Megaw's talk will assist you by giving you some practical simple yet powerful nuggets of nutritional advice.

The transition from the womb to world is a period of enormous change and adjustment for you and your baby.
