If you have an unused car seat, why not give it to the 94.7 Highveld Stereo and Imperial I-Pledge road safety campaign?

If you want to give the gift of safety for those who cannot afford it, then all you need to do is drop off your unwanted car seat to a drop-off point (listed below), after which they will be cleaned and re-upholstered if necessary, and safety checked.
