I must be honest, I don’t know if I love this or hate this, but I can see the appeal for parents wanting to record every stage of their baby’s development.
This is literally an ultrasound you can touch – a clinic, COGUS, in Melbourne Australia, has developed ultrasound casts – Little Cupids. These are are a physical three-dimensional portrait of a baby, taken between 20 and 36 weeks of pregnancy.
Casts can be made within days of having a routine pregnancy scan, and they’re mounted and framed, with a range of frames to choose from. They cost $299 each.
