You know how angry we get when we see babies and young kids unstrapped in cars? Yes, some of the time it’s owing to negligent parents, but many times it’s because parents simply can’t afford car seats, or even safe ones.
If you have a used car seat, and live in Gauteng, you can donate a car seat you no longer use, as part of the Imperial Car Seats for Kids Campaign, in conjunction with 94.7 Breakfast Xpress. You d on’t need to worry about the condition of your car seat as each one will be sterilised, refurbished and safety checked for distribution to families who cannot afford baby car seats.
