I’m a fan of so many of Kiehl’s products, and while most people know the name, or have tried and bought the products, the lesser-known products are among the best – the gentle and faming hair and body wash for babies, and the baby cream.
Kiehl’s now has a new children’s skincare range – the Kiehl’s Baby Collection, which is paraben-free, paediatrician tested, dermatologist tested, and safe and gentle.
There are three products in the range, but only one is available in South Africa – the Gentle Foaming Hair & Body Wash. At R375 for 250ml, it’s more than we’re used to on local shelves, but if you’re a fan of Kiehl’s, want to try something new, and you’re looking for a multitasking and gentle cleansing product with a light and pleasant scent, then it’s worth it.
If you’re unsure, you can try some samples at any Kiehl’s store in Sandton City, Rosebank Mall, Eastgate, Canal Walk and Pavillion (Kiehl’s is well known for their “try-before-you-buy” practice).
Other products to look out for are Nurturing Baby Cream for Face & Body, a botanical oil blend of rice bran oil, apricot kernel oil, olive fruit oil and shea butter, and Baby Lip Balm with shea butter to sooth and protect dry and chapped lips.
On the adult side, Kiehl’s has just launched BB cream and Micro-Blur Skin Perfector here, which I’m trying out, and once again, they’re well worth a sample.
