Parents, consider this next time you skip your veggies and drinking water

The South African Wellness Review, a study recently released by Futurelife and HealthInSite, showed a strong connection with what we eat, and habits such as exercise, smoking and drinking.

The study looked at 6 000 South African, who were surveyed over a year. The research showed that a single “healthy” behaviour, such as eating well, is associated with multiple healthy habits, such as exercising regularly and not smoking. And that eating unhealthy was connected to not exercising, or that not drinking water is linked to higher stress levels at work.

Have a look – this infographic shows pretty well how one good thing leads to another (and how one “bad” thing leads to another).
