It’s Roald Dahl Day on Saturday September 13 (the date this writer was born), and Exclusive Books is giving away a set of 15 assorted books written by him. Exclusive Books is also hosting a Roald Dahl Day party on the 13th at stores around Joburg (details below).

If you’re not in Joburg for the event, then why not “celebrate” by reading a Roald Dahl title to your kids, or even re-reading your favourites – my bests are The Twits, James and The Giant Peach, and The Enormous Crocodile. The competition closes on Wednesday September 10 at 9am, after which the winner will be announced on the Rattle and Mum Facebook page, and then emailed.
