What are children most afraid of? Rasmussen College set out to find out and they made an infographic of their findings about what most concerns 10-12-year-olds from around the world (interestingly, the top six countries who named darkness as their biggest fear were all Spanish-speaking).
The graphic was built from a ChildFund Alliance survey of more than 6 000 children from 47 countries, comparing children’s feelings about fictitious monsters versus present threats to their wellbeing.
