It's World Breastfeeding Week, and Philips Avent have some breastfeeding questions in the survey below that they'd love you to answer. There's no right or wrong – they're looking for insights to help other moms, and whether you're currently feeding or used to breastfeed, your answers are valuable.

The survey will take about two minutes (if that), and everyone who fills in the survey stands a chance to win a Philips Avent manual breastpump, and a soother (PS: I have used the Philips Avent manual pump for the last few months, and swear by it – I also have a freezer full of milk to show for it. There are 12 questions, plus two more for your name and email address. Please note that I won't share your contact details to anyone, or attributed your answers to you. I simply need your name and email address in order to draw a winner, and we are looking at the overall results.
