If you’ve ever tried to travel with a pram AND a carseat, or even battled to fit both in a car with other cargo and kids, then this pram-that-turns-into-a-carseat sounds like a darn good solution.
The Doona, created by an Israeli industrial designer, Yoav Mazar, is a two-in-one pram and carseat that transforms with a folding or unfolding mechanism.
According to JSpaceNews, the idea came to Mazar when his firstborn daughter, Danielle was born, and after he and his wife battled to load all of the necessary equipment into their car every time they wanted to go out with their child.

So Mazar founded SimpleParenting, which describes itself as a “visionary company committed to improving and simplifying the lives of parents and their babies by introducing innovative products and solutions.”
I would worry about the safety aspect of the Dooma, and whether it really is a safe two-in-one product, which the manufacturer claims it is.

Would you ever want to make the switch to something like this?
