Are you wearing the right sized bra? Plus some beautiful bras

March 24, 2022

I always thought I was a 34D bra and after being properly measured (and being measured again “just to be sure”), I found out I’m actually a size 38B. Between some weight losses and gains and having two kids, my boobs and chest changed, a reminder to regularly measure yourself to ensure you’re wearing the right size (no one wants constricted boobs or no support, after all).

Superbalist has a cool bra size calculator which you can find when you click on “Size Guide” when shopping for a bra online.

Superbalist asked me to pick some of my favourite bras from their site, and I’m chosen a few that make me feel good (isn’t it a great feeling wearing pretty or sexy underwear?) and offer great running support.

You can shop for these or any of their bras online or via the app (download here for the Android app and here for iOS).
