Do you want to try out Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery for a month? We need you!

May 28, 2013

Would you like to try some of this out for 28 days, as part of the #ChangeYourSkin campaign via Kiehl’s South Africa?

In case you don’t know much about Kiehl’s, it’s a skin, hair and body care range started 160 years ago, and which arrived in South Africa last year. I swear by their shampoo and conditioner, use the lip balms and body creams regularly, and use the baby wash, and cream on my son. If you’re on Twitter, you would have probably noticed a lot of rave reviews about the brand from women and moms.

But this is not a cheerleading post – rather it’s a callout for five women (you don’t have to be a mom) to try out Kiehl’s Miracle Recovery Concentrate for 28 days, and write about it. Kiehl’s relies on word of mouth, so they would like to hear from me and five other women about their experience of the Miracle Recovery Concentrate.

Here’s how it works:

– You will get sent the product to try out, for 28 days

– You’ll need to take a before pic of yourself, without foundation/cover-up/BB/CC etc

– You’ll need to use it every night, on top of your current skincare regime

– You’ll need to write about it or chat about it (eg on social media platforms, or on your blog if you have one). I will give you more info if you are selected. I will also write blog posts and will include your experiences.

Important to note:

You will not get paid for trying out the product, nor do you have to write rave reviews. Your honesty is important here, and in fact Kiehl’s is requesting it. We just want to hear about how you found the product – good or bad.

What to do now:

If you’re keen to get involved, comment below, and let us know what skincare regime you currently follow (ie moisturise, cleanse, tone, anti-ageing etc). You will not be judged on this, there is no right or wrong, and you don’t have to say Kiehl’s to score you more points. If you don’t follow a regime, no worries – please just mention it. Again, you will not be judged or lectured!

Five women will be picked from the “entrants”. Remember, you don’t have to be a mom, and you can be from anywhere in South Africa.

The trialists will be announced on Friday morning 31 May. Good luck!
